The Outram, Manchester
Xpercity is delighted to bring forward our city centre site, The Outram. Located next to the Ashton Canal The Outram boasts central city centre living with quiet waterfront living.
The development consists of 65 one and two bed apartments and three town houses and includes some fantastic amenity offerings provided by our operational partner, Motif.

Oxid House, Manchester
This development of 119 new build apartments is located at the top of Newton Street at the point the Northern Quarter meets Ancoats was a former undeveloped car park and disused office building. The 13-storey block was completed in 2018 and finished in striking perforated steel Coreten cladding panels to give the building its ‘rusty’ or Oxidised look as a homage to Ancoats industrial heritage.
The building is now occupied by residents who benefit from a large on site private gym, rooftop terrace and 24 hour concierge.
Weavers Yard, Cheadle
Set in the suburban setting of Cheadle, Greater Manchester. Xpercity are delighted to have acquired this development which will showcase some stunning one and two bedroom apartments.

Lomax, Manchester
Located on Ducie street in Manchester, around the corner from the Xpercity Headquarters, Lomax Manchester is a design-driven boutique development in one of Manchester’s most desirable neighbourhoods. This development has 28 two-bedroom and 13 one-bedroom apartments in an eight-floor building that are both spacious and fashionable.

Weavers Green, Cheadle
Set near the desirable area of Cheadle Village and an a short train journey into central Manchester, Xpercity is proud to announce the development of our energy efficient houses at Weavers Green. Burlington, Manchester
Located along Manchester’s Oxford Road knowledge corridor, this development of 273 new build apartments was completed in 2020 as part of our Salboy joint venture.
The building is positioned within 2 minutes walk of Manchester University & adjacent to Manchester Science Park. This is a 9 storey development in 4 distinct blocks around a central landscaped area and comprises a double height luxury communal space together with basement parking. The apartments have large floor to ceiling windows between buff brick pillars.
