Weavers Yard- New Year, New Look!

We are delighted to have started 2025 with some fantastic progress on our Weavers Yard site. the project has really started moving with some very positive gains in the initial months, including;

• Removal of floor screeds throughout - Removed to allow for new insulated floor build up to allow for correct U Values.

• Installation of new drainage in the internal of the building - This has been carefully planned with our design team which ensures that the service positions only take up required space

• Levelling of the ground floor - Great progress allowing us to ensure the new apartments being built are on the correct levels

• Demolition of the external canopy’s - This allows for the team to start installing the new canopy’s which give a premium feel to the development. (as seen on the CGI’s)

• Commencement of external drainage - This is imperative to allow for all waste to be removed from the site

• Commencement of apartment divisions - The first look of the space where the apartments will be.

• Procurement of new aluminium windows - These incredible windows have now been procured. The installation will start in the next few weeks. This striking design will certainly create a fantastic statement.
